Advice, not just
software.

Rugby clubs are run by people, but they are still organisations. Getting the systems, the data and the admin right is what makes the rugby part easier. We help with that, whether or not ARM is part of the answer.

01

Clubs are organisations

Committees, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and a season that never stops. The rugby is the easy part; the running of it is where clubs lose people.

02

Technology is part of the job now

Most clubs already have five tools that don't talk to each other. We work out what stays, what goes and what actually needs replacing.

03

Get ready for what's next

AI is only as good as the data you feed it. Clean records, consistent systems and clear ownership now means a club that's ready when the tools arrive.

What we help with.

Systems review

A clear look at what your club is running today, where the double handling is, and what it is costing in volunteer hours.

Data foundations

Player records, history, results and attendance tidied into something consistent, which is the groundwork for reporting and for AI.

Admin & process design

Rewriting the weekly rhythm so the same information isn't collected three times. Fewer chases, fewer spreadsheets.

Independent advice

If ARM isn't the right fit, we'll say so and point you at what is. The goal is a club that runs well, not another subscription.

Custom build

Where nothing off the shelf fits, we build it. Features inside ARM, or standalone tools for your union, academy or club.

Setup & training

Getting a committee and a coaching group onto new systems without losing the people who were doing it the old way.

Why us.

Three of us, all coaches, all still in clubs on a Saturday. We have named sides, chased availability, sat on committees and done the paperwork. The technical side of the business comes from building systems in banking, where the data has to be right and someone always audits it. That is the standard we bring to club software.

Coaches, not consultants

Every recommendation gets tested against a real season, because we are running one too. If it adds a step on a Tuesday night, it does not ship.

We speak club

Committees, registrations, grades, unions, RDOs and the volunteers holding it together. You will not spend the first month explaining how a club works.

We build with AI

ARM itself was built this way, in a regulated-industry discipline, using AI daily. It is how a conversation becomes a working tool in weeks rather than quarters, without an enterprise price tag.

How it works.

  1. Conversation

A call to understand the club, the people and what's actually breaking. No cost, no pitch deck.

  2. Findings

A short written view of what we'd change, in what order, and what it takes. Yours to keep either way.

  3. Do the work

We set it up, build what's missing and stay close through the first season of it running.
