The three plans

• Free. One squad, up to two teams, for a full season. No card, no trial clock.
• Coach. Full access for one squad, unlimited teams, plus the coaching tools. The plan most coaches run on.
• Programme. Every squad in the club on one licence, plus the RDO Command Centre and cross-squad reporting.

What a squad means

A squad is a group inside your club: Men's, Women's, Colts, Junior. It is the unit your plan is counted in.

A team is what takes the field, the 1st XV or the 2nd XV, and on Coach and Programme you can field as many as you like. Adding a 3rd XV to a squad you already run costs nothing. Adding the Women's squad is a second squad, which is the point at which Programme usually works out cheaper than two Coach licences.

What you never pay for

• Coaches and managers. Unlimited on every plan, including Free.
• Players. They never pay, never download anything, never create an account.
• Messages. The availability link is a web address you paste into the chat you already use. There is no per-message cost, to you or to them.

Free, in full

Free is a real plan, not a trial. One squad gets availability, selection, team sheets and its season, with no card on file and nothing that expires on you mid-season.

What it does not include is the coaching tools, Playbook, Decks, the drill library and the session planner, and the rest of the club's squads. That is what upgrading is for.

Monthly or annual

Monthly is month to month. Annual is ten months for twelve, so two months free, charged once.

Most clubs go annual once they are through their first season, because the season is the natural unit and it is one invoice instead of twelve.

Upgrading mid-season

Any time, and nothing is rebuilt. Your roster, your weeks, your availability history and your selections carry straight over, and the tools you have just paid for appear in the menu.

Upgrade the moment you need Playbook or a second squad, not at some renewal date.

Downgrading and cancelling

You can move down a plan or cancel whenever you like. Nothing is deleted when you do: your club, your players and your history stay where they are, and the features above your plan simply stop being available until you come back.

Your data is yours. Export it at any time, whether you are paying us or not.

Invoices and receipts

Receipts go to the billing email on the account each time you are charged. If the invoice needs to go to a treasurer rather than a coach, tell us the address and we will point it there.

If your club needs a purchase order, a quote for the committee, or an invoice made out a particular way, email hello@armtech.app. That is a normal request and it is not a problem.

Currency

Prices show in NZD, USD or GBP on the pricing page. USD and GBP are indicative; billing itself is in NZD.

Clubs, schools and unions

If you are a school, a union or an academy covering several clubs, the plans on the page are the wrong shape for you. Email us and we will price it properly rather than making you buy licences one at a time.
