Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One squad gets a full season on ARM with availability, selection and its team sheets, no credit card, no trial clock. When you want the coaching tools, or the rest of the club’s squads, that’s when you upgrade.
Do players need to download an app?
No. Players confirm availability from a single link in seconds, nothing to install and no account to create. That's true on every plan.
Do I pay per coach?
No. Every plan, including Free, lets you add as many coaches and managers to a squad as you like. You only pay for the squads you run.
What's the difference between Coach and Programme?
Coach is full access for one squad, the plan most coaches run on. Programme is for the RDO running the whole club: it adds the Command Centre across every squad, cross-squad visibility and reporting on top of everything in Coach.
How does annual billing work?
Switch the toggle to Annual and you pay for ten months instead of twelve, two months free. Coach works out to $25/mo ($300/yr) and Programme to $83/mo ($1,000/yr). Prices show in NZD, USD or GBP. Switch above. USD and GBP are indicative, billing is in NZD.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-season?
Any time. Upgrade the moment you need Playbook or a second squad, and your history and setup carry straight over, nothing to rebuild.
How do clubs, squads and teams work?
A club is the organisation, run by its RDO. Inside it sit squads, Men’s, Women’s, Colts, and each squad fields teams like the 1st XV and 2nd XV. Coach covers one squad; Programme covers every squad in the club.
