For players and parents
Your coach sent
you a link.
It takes about four seconds. There is nothing to download and no password to remember.
- Tap the link. It opens in whatever browser is already on your phone. You will see your club's name and badge at the top, so you know it is really them.
- Say who you are. Your name or your phone number, whichever you prefer. Tick remember me and you will never have to do it again on that phone.
- Read the fixture. Opponent, grade, date, and whatever your coach has written: kickoff, ground, which jersey, bus time.
- Tap In, Maybe or Out. That is the whole job. It saves itself.
What the three answers mean
You are available and can be picked.
You genuinely do not know yet. This is a real answer and it is far better than silence. Come back and change it when you do know.
You are not available this week.
Questions people actually ask
Can I change my answer?
Yes, any time. Open the link again, find the game under Your schedule and tap it. The coach sees the change straight away.
Do I need to download anything?
No. If you want it handier, use your browser's Add to Home Screen and it will sit there like an app.
Can I tell the coach something?
Yes. After you answer you can add a short note, which is the place for "out, back from Sunday" or "in, but might be ten minutes late". It goes to the coach with your answer.
It says my details do not match.
Usually the phone number the club has for you is out of date, or your name is spelled differently on the roster to how you typed it. Try the other one, and if it still will not have you, tell your manager and they will fix the record in a minute.
I share a phone with my child.
Fine. Answer for them the same way. If you both need to use the same phone, sign out of the device after answering and log in as the other person.
Who can see my answer?
Your coaches and your team manager. Other players do not see your answers, and you do not see theirs. Notes your coach writes about you are never shown to you or to anyone else in the squad.
What happens if I just ignore it?
You show up as No Response, and you will get chased. Answering, even with Maybe, takes you off that list.
What do you do with my details?
Your club holds your record and decides what goes in it. We store it for them and do not sell it or use it for advertising. The privacy page has the detail, and any request to see or change what is held starts with your club.
Something not working?
Tell your team manager first, they can fix most of it. If it is us, email and a person replies.
